Rates
$150.00 to $250/ hour
My rates during regular business hours on weekdays 8 to 5 are $200/hr. Weekends and later evenings are $250/hr. Online video rates can be negotiated on a case by case basis.
Insurance
Services may be covered in part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy hour?
- How many hours per day will you pay for?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Is Dr. Prine a preferred provider for your insurance company? (Important: If not, your insurance company may still pay for a portion of the fee for an out of network provider. Usually if you have a PPO).
Reduced Fee
Low Cost or Free services are available to combat veterans and their families. (Via healing arenas.org). Sliding scale on limited basis.
Cash, check, credit cards and payment plans on an individual basis are accepted forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified Dr. Prine at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session before future session will be scheduled. In the event you are scheduled for an in office appointment and cannot attend Dr. Prine will provide therapy via online video.
